Day before Thanksgiving

Well, so far this week I have lost a lb!! I know I cheat on the scale by weighing, I just can help it. When I see my stomach getting flatter and feeling better, I just have to see if it is showing on the scale. I really should measure myself to see what changes are happening throughout my body and not just on the scale.
So today is the last day before Thanksgiving. I have today off, so here is my plan:
~Got up and ate a yoplait yogurt and drank 2 cups of water.
~Cleaned house- quick bathroom scrub downs (hate it, but needed to be done), scrubbed down kitchen, tidy up rest of house.
~Get ready and go grocery shopping for rest of week.
~Sushi with hubby
~Run/be active with hubby
~Steak dinner with green beans and sweet potato
My gym is closed from today until Monday because of Thanksgiving holidays...it's part of the local community college and goes on school holiday schedule...=( So we will be running a lot on our own this week! We have iron gym stuff at home so we will be doing a lot of that stuff. I need to work on my pull ups anyway! Haha!
