Hoping Thanksgiving doesn't make a turkey outta me!

I am still here, still struggling. I started logging my food and I am in week 2 of my c25k running program. Last night, my stomach was just growling when I was already over my alloted food for the day, how frustrating. I just decided to go to bed and when I woke up I didn't feel hungry. How can that be? Seems so odd.
Trying to make my mental food plan for tomorrow so that I know what my limits are before I arrive. I am going to do my run in the morning, so hopefully I will have the right frame of mind. I need to make sure I have water available and stay away from the food table. FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS. All the mindless eating adds up so fast. It is amazing when you really sit down and log all the food you eat, how much it adds up to and what I even will forget I ate.

    Yes, I have been surprised how quickly the calories add up and how, once you start logging in your food everyday, you see how much you actually do eat!
