Thankful for the little things

I am thankful that I did my workout Wednesday night after work as well as got up Thanksgiving morning and did my c25k run. I carried my water around with me all day to make sure I was hydrated and stayed away from appetizers and desserts only eating the actual Thanksgiving meal. My only problem with the day is that by 6pm I was again hungry and had not planned or prepared anything for another meal. But, all in all, I am pleased with my day. I am just going to keep on going and not let any speed bumps slip me up.
