Dear Tracey,

Friday, November 26, 2010

This is a letter from yourself. What do you want? Huh? What do you really want? What would make you happy? What would make you feel good inside? What kind of life do you see yourself feeling content in? See it, and make it happen. A new year is dawning upon you. Every year, you say, "This is going to be my year", but you let others cause hardship and despair and sadness. TAKE CONTROL! The one thing you do have here is CHOICE! Life is what you make of it, and sometimes it's about cutting loose the ties that bind you in negativity! If something feels bad, it's probably bad for you! That includes people that harm your spirit and well being! You have buried yourself in 65 pounds in the last five years to cover up the pain, and guess what?!?!?! It's STILL there! It's time to stand up. Dig yourself out of the pit you're in, and LIVE. Sometimes wounds hurt really bad when you have to rip the bandage off, but once you do, it can begin to really breathe and heal. This year, what I want for you is to find a way to heal yourself from the inside out. Please don't keep waiting for things to get better. MAKE IT HAPPEN! I believe in you. I know you can do it. I can't promise you that it will be easy, but I can promise you that it will be worth it.

You know what , this is a great thing to do for ourselfs, we need to be honest with ourselfs and look at what we have aloud ourselfs to do to are body. I know what you mean and I need to do the same thing, I know that we can do this we just have to love ourselfs more than we have. God Bless You'

I understand...really I do. I've done this myself more times than I want to admit. And you're absolutely right. You can't bury the pain. It just drives you deeper and deeper into the pit.

Tearing off the bandage is sometimes painful in and of itself. But you need to do it so the wound can drain and heal. Be sure you apply the ointment of kindness. You can be tough with yourself, but don't forget to be kind as well.

    Love ya, SASSy! emoticon
