Day before Bedlam

Saturday, November 27, 2010

For those of you that don't know Bedlam is the big football rivalry between OSU and OU. This year is the biggest it has been in forever. My team, OSU, has a super amazing chance at finally winning this rivalry and going to the Big 12 championship game. Well, my friends put on this huge tale gate with lots of booze and lots of food. The tale gating starts early and won't end till after the game is over about ten or later.

Before I was actively trying to lose weight, I would find a place at the tale gate and drink myself goofy and let myself graze on all the food. Well, tomorrow is my first day to attempt not to graze and booze up. I know the booze won't be a problem because I volunteered to be DD, it's the food I'm worried about. Here's my game plan:
~drop the hubby off at the tale gate and go visit my old boss from the gym I coached at for my college career.
~Meet up at the tale gate about 3:30 with plenty of water.
~Walk to meet up with my old roommate then head back to tale gate.
~Every time I feel the urge to graze, I plan to take a walk to different places on campus to kind of "walk down memory lane"

Hopefully this game plan helps. I just know that I need to fight my urges bc my weight loss these past few weeks has been successful and I feel good.

I finally got the nerves up to post my before pics and seeing those really helps my motivation. I really want to post some amazing pics from New Years and the only way is to fight my urges like I keep planning.

Wish me discipline!
