This is my motivation for losing weight. I know that these pictures are altered a bit, but I just love her curves and the fact that she embraces her curvaceous body she was given. I really want to start upping my weight loss. I can lose about 1.5 lbs a week to lose an average of 1% a week. My goal is to do this. I'm upping my anty for my weight loss. I have to prove to myself that I can. So here are my new goals:
12/3 GW 149
12/10 GW 147.5
12/17 GW 146
12/24 GW 144.5
12/31 GW 143 (New Years Eve...go into the new year with a bang!)
1/7. GW 141.5
1/14 GW 140
1/21. GW 138.5
1/28. GW 137
2/4. GW 136
2/14. GW 135 (VDay...wouldn't mind seeing 135 on this day and WOW my hubby!)
2/18. GW 133.5
2/25. GW 132
3/6 GW 130 (My 25th Bday. I would love to see that number on the scale that morning!!!

I haven't pushed myself the way I should be, so starting today I am setting my goals higher (or lower in weight loss terms...lol) and I am going to meet them! I know I can!

    I recently increased (or decreased?) my goals too! I think it's good to be pushing something that's just a bit more difficult while still being reasonable!

    Of course you can do it ....however setting yourself a high goal I don't want to see you loose heart if you don't get to each marker and it takes you a little longer!!!!
    Remember....the slower the better and easier it is to sustain.....
    also...it is a day at a time and any loss is an achievement...
