SoI got a used Gazelle about 2 months ago and I really like it. I can do an hour on it pretty good. I also sweat pretty nicely with it also. I believe this is a sign that I am doing a work out. I try to do it faster in intervals to get faster overall.
I am going to use this a lot when the winter weather hits me up here in the North country of Upstate New York. We get record snow falls and cold temps here. The almanac says it is going to be a tough winter. We had a mild winter here last year.
I believe I need to do my weights 3 days a week and do at least 30 min. of aerobic activities 5 days a week. I really have been doing less than this lately and still am maintaining so far.
I still have to talk myself into doing this though there is that little voice that wants to make me just not get off that chair and do my workout. I have to push myself and make sure I do what I know has to be done to not gain my weight back. Of coarse there is that other issue of not over eating too, which is very important also.
