Last month I was at 30%.
Eleven days out of thirty, I ate within my calorie range.
I ran on 12 days - that was 74+ kms. For that, I'm happy. I missed a few runs due to illness and mom-type obligations but, overall, I think my two "races" made up up for those.
Fruits and veggies were good on the weekdays, less than stellar on the weekends.
Other November high points: CFL Western Finals game. Sure, the Stamps lost but I had a great time.
No weight gain. No weight loss. Two inches gone from my waist.
I want to do more strength training and yoga. I received a 20 for $20 pass with my favourite trainer. If I don't die, it'll make me a stronger person and runner.
I want to make it through the month running 3 times a week. (which means, first and foremost, I have to make up tonight's run)
I want to continue to meet my fruit/water/veggie goals.
I REALLY want 80% of my month to be gold-star days. That's 24 days. I'm pretty sure I can do that if I don't eat when I'm angry or sad or bored.
I want to knock the dust off my ice skates and enjoy skating again. Maybe do some roller-blading?
I'm sure I'll think of some other things but for now, I think I've got a good start to my goals.
