It seems as though everyone is posting progress pics today. I look forward to cheering you all on because I know we can do it!
I will not be posting my pics until Sunday because that will be a week for me. One thing I have learned about this challenge is that it is giving me the motivation I need to stick with doing strengh. I am concentrating on seeing my body change instead of the scale, which is a huge jump for a person who use to hop on scale every morning.
Today I start JM 30 day shred level 2. I'm excited about it!
Goals for today:
30 Day Shred level 2 a.m
Give Zumba a rest and run 3-5miles this evening
