I was so miserable the last time I blog...that I made "blogging" my reward for losing the first 5 pounds. I did it...I'm 124! I've lost 5 pounds and I'm super happy about it. 2-3 more to go and I'll be ready for my ski trip!
I have to say, I picked myself out of the funk on the 30th and said. "Okay, time to work!" Together, my hubby and I have been planning meals! He joined a gym (he likes gyms, I don't) and I've been really having FUN with my workouts. I'm running (of course, that's my constant), but I went to Zumba, I started Jillian's Shred it with Weights, I even pulled some old EPSN Fitness Pros Aerobics tapes out of the closet. I also DVRed "Total Body Sculpt with Gilad"...to give it a shot.
Basically, I'm mixing it up...having some fun. I was trying real hard NOT to concentration on the weight loss, but rather concentrate on my meals and my fun workout for the day....and drink my DAMN water.
...and I dropped 5 pounds. YES!
One more week until my ski trip....oh and can yall help pray for snow...there is like no snow up there yet...LOL
