So after some GREAT advice from NancyAnne55 I have decided to take a break from the scale. I want to focus more on my shape and not my weight. I want to look 135lbs, but I don't necessarily have to be that.
Right now I am struggling with my workout regimen. I was once such a cardio freak and I want to incorporate more strengh. For this strength and getting lean how much cardio is too much? Should I do 3 days strength 3 days cardio for 45mins or is it ok to do more cardio? I'm just confused because I want the muscle and do not want to overdo the cardio.
