Well, it is the second day of my last day of this semester with my students! I can't believe this year is almost half way over. I am doing great so far with the temptations from my students. =) So glad bc it is hard to see all the yummy foods parents make for me and then I have to either give it away or throw it away.

Anway, today started out a bit rocky. I forgot to set my phone alarm this morning and the alarm clock on the hubby's side of bed went off and he shut it off before I heard it. So I woke up at 6:20 and was left with 20 minutes to get ready. Let's just say I didn't leave in 20 minutes or wash my hair. I had to pack my lunch and jump in the shower for a rinse since I worked out last night and didn't shower after that, then I had to feed the dog, and finish getting ready. So I left at 6:55 (only 15 minutes behind) and was still early to school. I'm so glad I give myself an hour to hang out at the school and get stuff done. If I didn't, then when mornings like this happen, I'd be late. LOL.

So, since I woke up late, I didn't get my Shred in this morning. (Glad I got NMTZ in yesterday) But I have a date with the gym tonight and I plan to hit it hard! Cheer is out at 6:15, so I plan to be there at 6:30 and rock it for a good 2 hours. I didn't have a great breakfast, but that's ok bc I'm going to burn it all off and eat according to calorie allowance today! So the plan:

6:55 - Chorizo Breakfast burrito (yes awful, but had to take what I could get since my milk was out and I couldn't have Slim Fast)
9:15 - Apple for snack
11:15 - Turkey Sandwich on light wheat bread with celery and hummus
3:15 - Yogurt
4:15-6:15 - Cheer practice
6:15 - Snack (need to find something quick and easy before this workout)
6:30 - Workout: Treadmill 15 minutes, abs/core circuits 15 minutes, row 15 minutes, elliptical 30 minutes, bike 15 minutes.
8:15 - Gluten Free Chili with broccoli as a veggie.

I hate eating that late, but I have to bc of my crazy schedule!

    I'm glad you were able to rebound after waking up late! That always throws me off and kind of ruins my day!

    This sounds great! I am using your workout routine as an inspiration to eventually be able to do a workout routine like that.

    Oh and by the way I hope you don;t mind that I kind of stole your plan for the day idea on your blogs. I like how you layout your plan !
