RM Progress Picture Challenge...

Well I have decided to join this progress picture challenge...sounds good to me. I think seeing these photos will help me to stay accountable...if I see the progress, I will be able to do this!!

So here are the rules that I got to make for this challenge:

**6 Days of exercise. 30 Day Shred Video 6 days a week and cardio 5 days a week. Add "No More Trouble Zones" 3 days a week.
**Drink tons of water, no more than 3 glasses of wine a week.
**Keep diet balanced with carbs and proteins.
**Watch my weekend eating and schedules!
