Pajama Day!!

Woohoo! It's pajama day at school!! I'm so pumped!! My favorite clothes are PJs and sweats! One day, I will enjoy shorts and sports bras...just have to reach my goal!

So, this week has been a bit off since I won't really be able to make the gym. I had plans of going last night and every other day this week, but the stinking gym closes at 7 and I don't get done with cheer until 6:30/6:45 each night. Monday I missed my usual workout in between school and games because I have started coaching classes (have to make some extra cash) during that time. Anyway, I have been getting in my workouts, just not my usual killer 600 calorie burning workouts. I did 30 DS Level 2 Monday morning, but haven't woken up early yesterday or today to do the Shred again. Last night I did get in a workout, but it was just a little diff than normal. I just did stuff on my own while watching Biggest Loser Finale. So I ran in place and did lots of circuit type stuff from 30 DS and NMTZ videos. But I did it for 57 minutes and was sweaty and worn out by the end. I know I did get a workout in, but it just wasn't the same.

Anyway, it shows on the scale. I am at 146 today...I know this means I won't be reaching my goal of 143.5. That's ok, but I do want to be at 145.5 like I was on Friday. I may have to just keep my original goals that I had before and not push it. I think that is what I will be doing. No sense in setting myself up for failure.

So the goals will be:

10/22 - SW 154.5 (26% Body fat...bummer)
10/29 - GW 153 AW 152.5
11/5 - GW 152 AW 153...between eating out too much and mother nature's visit...this sucks.
11/12 - GW 151 AW 153
11/19 - GW 150 AW 151.5
11/26 - GW 149 AW 150.5
12/3 GW 149 AW 148.5
12/10 GW 147.5 AW 145.5
12/17 GW 146
12/24 GW 144.5
12/31 GW 143 New Year's!!!
1/7. GW 141.5
1/14 GW 140
1/21. GW 138.5
1/28. GW 137
2/4. GW 136
2/14. GW 135
2/18. GW 133.5
2/25. GW 132
3/6. GW 130 (Final goal weight!! My 25 bday! Best shape of my post high school life!)

Today's Plan:
6:45 - Slim Fast
9:15 - Banana
11:15 - Progresso Light Chicken Noodle Soup with a cookie (got some from a kiddo, have to eat at least one)
3:00 - Celery with Hummus
4:15-6:45 - Cheerleading/Tumbling class
7:00 - Grill out with In-laws (chicken, asparagus, broccoli)
9:00 (or so) 30 DS Level 2

    Keeping your original goals I think could be more motivating for you especially if you reach a lower weight than your goal.....

    Good blog. Don't worry you shall reach your goal. You did great just to get in a workout period with your schedule that way it is. Enjoy PJ day at school. and best wishes ont he finals.
