Thursday, Party Day

Well, today is the big Winter Party day with my first graders. They have been looking forward to today all week!! I have, but I haven't. I love getting to see them have a great time, but there will be pizza, candy, and cookies. I already had one student come to my room early and bring me chocolates. I have planned my food today so that I can have that pizza and not go over.

Here's the plan:
6:45 - Slim Fast
9:15 - 1/2 a banana
11:15 - 3 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup mixed green veggies.
1:45 - Party starts 1 slice of pepperoni pizza (no more!)
3:45-6:15 - Cheer practice
6:30 - Elliptical 30 minutes (or from the minute I get there until close at 7:00)
7:15 - Pot roast with carrots, onions, and green beans
7:45 - 30 DS Level 2 (if my calves allow me to do anything)

So, I woke up this morning at 5:15, got out of bed, went to the bathroom, put on my workout clothes, and turned on the video. All while doing all this, I'm limping around bc my calves are so sore from Tuesday night's workout while watching Biggest Loser. So, I start the video and when I get to the warm-up part, I die. I can barely jump. Every time I do, it feels like my calves are ripping. I decided to stop the video and go back to bed and rest my calves. So, the plan is to hit the gym for the small amount of time that I have and try to get in 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. Hopefully that won't hurt me. They feel better now, but still can't go on my tip toes. Guess I got a little into working out Tues night. LOL

Today I was 145.5 even without the major workouts I have been getting. I'm ok with all this! Hope tomorrow's weigh in is good. Good luck to everyone!
