Viewpoint on Food

I am beginning to see food for what it is. For the first time ever, I have been counting calories and considering what is in the food before I eat it.
I am beginning to taste the "fat" in foods and "greasiness" in normal foods that are not fried. I see the consistency of food differently. I feel that I truly am beginning a new way to see and eat food as a new lifestyle change.
