Week of Christmas

Well, I haven't really worked out this weekend. I've been cleaning all morning today and the hubby is going to play disc golf. I think I'm going to hit the road running. The gym isn't opened today, so I have to make use of my other resources. The gym is open tomorrow thru Wednesday. I don't have work, so I'll be able to make it during the day and get some kick a$$ workouts in. I'm pretty sure I have gained weight back. My tummy isn't looking very pretty today. So these next few days I have to make the most of my workouts to make up for my gain.

Going to go grocery shopping today as well and get some good food for the next few days. Plan is to keep everything lean and low fat and low carb. We are heading to Memphis on Christmas morning to hang with my family. I'm going to look into a gym that does a free trial so that I can get in a few workouts. I always eat a ton when I go home. It's just a Southern thing...gatherings revolve around food. I think that's why I have struggled so much with weight loss.

After Memphis hubby and I are driving to Branson to hang with his family for three days for New Years. I have a goal to be 143 lbs going into the new year, so I have to make sure to stick with work out. I'm not so much going to avoid food while Out of town, but I am going to really focus on portions and just enjoy myself. The important thing is to make sure I get exercise

I hope these next few weeks are successful! I'm going to try my hardest!

    focusing on smaller portions is a good way to go.....a little of things instaed of the who;le piece or whole bowl.....something that will help you.....
