Plan for the week

OK, so I'm on Christmas Break. And this is the week that I decided to bring Cross training back. Here is my week's plan:

Sunday - Vinyasa Yoga (done - awesome!)
Monday - Elliptical, strength training (done)
Tuesday - Swim, Run (OK, I know I said I wouldn't run until next week, but it's the Annual Holiday Hash Run, so it counts as drinking, not running, lol) Swim might just be a kick workout because I'm getting my hair dyed today, and don't want to turn the pool a nice shade of reddish brown... (done - I'm feeling it a little this morning, but it has only been 12 hours. A better indication of how I'm doing is how my leg feels tomorrow morning)
Wednesday - Bike, Strength training (Done!)
Thursday - Had too much holiday stuff to do - took this day off
Friday - Run - 3 or 4 miles (3 miles done)

I would probably do more shopping than exercising, but I am out of money!

    Keeping my fingers crossed for some pain-free running!!

    And to answer your question, no Boston for me this year. It filled up way too quickly (a few hours?) and I'd rather do something different, assuming I run a marathon at all. Life has been so busy lately that although I'm still running everyday, racing has certainly taken a back seat!!
