Monday of Christmas week!

Well, this past weekend, I really didn't "try" to eat well or follow any strict diet. I didn't measure calories, or minimize salts and alcohol. I thought for sure that I would have gained weight. But sure enough, I stayed at 145.5. I'm really excited. This really shows that I am self regulating without much effort. I only ate until I felt a little full...maybe that is what made me maintain this weekend.
I'm going to try to really focus on my calorie intake and exercise this week. I'm about to head to the gym to get a good cardio workout in. Then I have cheer practice for two hours and then I have tumbling class for another hour. After that I plan to come home and do the 30 DS Level 3. I know there are lots of planks, and I don't like planks. LOL.
