ATKINS DIET AND CHEATING

I love eating low carb, love the food and the way I feel. I stuck to induction with a few cheats for 2 weeks and lost 6.8 lbs. The part I regret is I cheated on Thanksgiving and gained it back in 2 days. I know the initial loss is a lot of water, but I also know when I get past the first few days I feel amazing. I have a lot of substitutes for my favorite foods so eating low carb comes easily for me.
I really think my food addiction is rooted very deep, it started at a very young age. It goes around and around. Lose a few, binge, gain, start over. Right now I'm not in an exercise routine and I'm really seeing how good it is to be active now. I feel like a fat old lady and I'm only 28.
I'm going to recommit to Atkins today, try to track diligently and exercise with my new Wii fit 30 minutes at least 3 times a week to start. I'm going on vacation without internet for a while so I will have to journal on paper instead of track online, but I really need to do this.
