no New Year resolutions for me

Sunday, December 26, 2010

I had a mixed day yesterday...
Had a good time with my family...
turkey turned out well.....
no arguments at the table....
Didn't gain weight over the holiday...
but didn't loose any weight. Booo
I've got to start being more careful on...
what I'm eating as well as how much I'm eating.
I know if I don't start pulling myself in check now
I'll start slipping more and more...
and become discourage again...
I don't want to go there any more
I'm not going to make a New Years Resolution
I'm going start kicking it up now as much as I can.
I know there will be days I have joint pains or heel pain...
but I can find ways to work around it...
mostly I'm going to work harder on what I'm shoving in my mouth
not just the amount of calories...
the type as well...
empty calories are making me feel empty inside...
and I know they are causing me a lot of trouble now...
and could cause more
So no New Year resolution...
I'm doing it NOW
