Christmas is over, time to get back on track.

Well, I'm headed home from Christmas in Houston. I'm tired, I feel bloated, I over ate, and my grandmother is not doing well. I drank a bit of beer, so that doesn't help either. Anyway, all this is behind me. I'm here to continue this journey. I have come a long way, lost 9 lbs. I'm sure I have gained some back...scratch that, I am pretty sure I have gained a lot back. But the point isn't that. the point is that I have lost weight, I have gained muscle, I have changed my eating habits, and I feel better when I am on track. these are all things to motivate me to get back up and just do this.
So, here's the plan. We have an unexpected two days home before heading to Branson. This is where the jump start happens...
*Get a two day pass at my neighborhood 24 hour gym
*Buy groceries for the two days to jump start my eating.
*Use my heart rate monitor to start tracking my calories burned...
*Hit the gym for a few hours both days. 30 DS in the mornings, then cardio and more weights at the gym later in the day.
*Detox body of toxins from foods and drinks I indulged in for the Holidays.
After the two days at home, we leave for Branson where we stay at Big Cedar Lodge. they have a gym and hot tubs and our room will have a kitchen so we can cook our foods thank goodness.
Then there is New Years night. I do plan to drink, which means I need to really hit the gym hard at the lodge. I also plan to avoid the snacking and over eating. I have to get back on track. It is quite important to me that I do this before the new year. I have to prove to myself that I haven't fallen off the wagon, I have just taken a short break from my journey. I will succeed this time, no matter how long it takes me!
My goal for this week is to get back to 145 lbs. I plan to work hard and kick butt in the gym and in the kitchen. Once I get back to 145, then I will worry about my goals I had set from before. So, here we go!
