Sometimes I need a break from Spark People but that doesnt mean taking a break from healthy living

I have been away from Sparkpeople for at least 4 months. I've been a member since 2005 and have taken many breaks from logging my food intake, fitness, and everything associated with SP. However, I always return for some reason and know that I am welcomed back at anytime. I've been busy and almost upon completing my MBA which is why I took such a long break. I didn't take a break from fitness though. I have maintained my fitness and healthy eating habits and still incorporate my Organic Diet. Well not a diet, its a lifestyle. However, I have picked up a couple pounds from the Holiday's and will be getting back to my vigorous workout routine. In the picture I am currently 158 lbs. Picked up 6 lbs during these last two months but ready to dive into SP again.

    You sound very, very busy! You have your priorities right when you maintain your fitness and healthy eating habits. SP is a means to be accountable to ourselves. Keep up the great work!

    I completely agree with you! I sometimes need a break as well...and it is always great to come back after a little vaca :) good luck with your weight loss!
