Interesting Article - You'll Never Eat a Fast-Food Hamburger Again!

Wednesday, December 29, 2010

I read a lot about food and nutrition, but I definitely learned a lot from this article. I was totally disgusted and bet you will be too. I feel like we are all victims of the processed food industry!

thanks for the link... it just reinforces that fact that we should eat REAL unprocessed food. I'll share the link with my son.

I have not had one of these in a long time thank goodness. My daughter said that Burger King has a veggie burger that is pretty good. I remember stopping at Taco Bell (kid's request) while on a road trip years ago.

We got the food, back on the freeway. They ate the food and shortly after we were back off the freeway looking for bathrooms. Now we know why...

We've been following his technique for years: re: picking out a cut of beef from the case and asking the butcher to grind it.

Problem is: many stores are refusing to do this!

Always knew about the risks of burgers coming from all over the planet, but never knew about the ammonia blasts...wow!

Thanks for this article. I quit eating hot dogs years ago because of what they put in them. Now I find fast food hamburgers aren't any better. I wonder about the beef you buy in the store.

I don't know if I necessarily agree with this statement in the article: "If your food can go bad, it's good for you. If it can't go bad, it's bad for you." Some bad food can go bad too.
