Oh my, oh my..

I think i'm just too lazy to exercise.. I mean, I know it would help to lose the weight, I even know it gets easyer each and every time.. but, eh! I wish I have a stationnairy bike here at home.. I could do it by watching the tv or listening to music without any make up with my hair undone on my jamies. :(

I caught myself eating a lot of fat this week.. it's weird because I thought I was making good and healthy choices.. I stay on my calories range though. It's like i've forgotten everything i've learned here on SP, like I have to start everything over again.. I'll look at my notes, re-reading my favorites articles.. Making a menu and sticking to it for a while.. Until I re-learn how to control myself.

If someone reads that.. Do you have any tip for my exercise problem? I have some videos, they aren't that tough or that long.. but I don't know, I don't quite feel like doing them...
