Going good...

K, so these past two days have been going good. Not great, but good. I woke up yesterday and WANTED, yes wanted, to do a workout. My body was craving it. So, I did Jillian Michaels' "No More Trouble Zones". 40 minutes of circuit training felt good. I ate pretty well all day, then went on a three mile jog with one of my friends...(*side note*I think I have found a new running buddy!!!!!) The jog was great, we really pushed each other. made it in just 30 minutes and considering I hadn't worked out in almost a week, this was great!
Anyway, after the jog, some friends called and wanted to catch up over dollar tacos at one of my fav Mexican restaurants. So, since it had been forever, and I really needed a bit of friend therapy after all going on with my Grandmother,I went to dinner and really splurged on chips and salsa, and had two beers. I went over my calories pretty bad. I'm just glad I had two workouts yesterday.
Weight didn't change from yesterday. So I got up kinda early and did the level three of The Shred. Felt good. I was pretty sore from yesterday's workouts. Then I went and coached for two hours and did quite a bit if spotting. So, my food has been pretty good today and now we are driving to Branson (thank you IPAD for giving me something to do). Prob going to stop for dinner on our way. I've got room for about 500 calories of something. Looks like I'll be having a salad or something like that.
*edit*Decided not to snack on my Cheetos, so took that out of my nutrition tracker. We stopped at Red Lobster and I got the Parmesan Tilapia with a house salad, Broccoli and half of my baked potato. YUM!! About a 750 calorie meal. The Tilapia was amazing and barely tasted like fish even after I scraped the Parmesan and breading that was baked on! I'm still within my calories too. Hooray for yummy meals!!
I'm really looking forward to getting to the lodge and taking a long hot jacuzzi bath. Maybe hitting the hot tubs or something relaxing like that tonight! I also hope the gym there has a nice sauna. could definitely use that relaxation and nice sweat. LOL. The next three days will be quite enjoyable as I will have no chores, no plans, and absolutely no responsibilities. Just me and hubby and his family. Much needed.
