Playing Catch Up

Well, I did not quite meet my goals for December, but it is a new month, a new year, and the beginning of many new challenges. Time to move on.
Today was the first day of the New Year, 2011 and I am pretty happy with today. I ate well, said no, no, no to the various junk foods within reach that seem to call to me incessantly, and I got a good workout in on the Wii Fit after dinner. I also burned some calories throughout the day with some heavy cleaning(fyi- trying to clean windows in 7 degree weather does NOT work well)!
As far as setting new goals, I have set a goal of getting under 200, however I have not set a definitive deadline for this, but am rather focusing right now on the small triumphs and habits that will get me there by taking one day at a time. Basically I am just working right now to eat healthy, exercise, track, and spark daily. If I can get through each day focusing on these steps, I will get through one day at a time feeling good about myself and I WILL see long term success!
