Kicking myself for Slacking

I am now kicking myself for slacking off. I've slacked during November and December, and gained weight back. emoticon Took my measurements - confirmation of weight gain. Not good.

All I can say at this point is that I am getting back into the groove, and am doing the Turbo Fire 12-week program: doing scheduled workouts 6 days per week - combination of Cardio, Sculpting, Toning, and Stretching. Also joining 12-week Kick Off the New Year Challenges on my various teams, to help stay accountable. Hoping to lose 12 pounds in 12 weeks. In addition to consistent workouts, I am changing my eating pattern to get back to healthy eating. (I blew that these last 2 months, too.)

    Well at least you recognized the problem. Its so hard to keep healthy habits during the winter months..Thanksgiving and Christmas don't help with that much either. I know you can do it!! Im dieing to try the turbo jam work out...do you enjoy it? Is it well cued? Thanks alot!
