Kicking myself for Slacking

I am now kicking myself for slacking off. I've slacked during November and December, and gained weight back.
Took my measurements - confirmation of weight gain. Not good.
All I can say at this point is that I am getting back into the groove, and am doing the Turbo Fire 12-week program: doing scheduled workouts 6 days per week - combination of Cardio, Sculpting, Toning, and Stretching. Also joining 12-week Kick Off the New Year Challenges on my various teams, to help stay accountable. Hoping to lose 12 pounds in 12 weeks. In addition to consistent workouts, I am changing my eating pattern to get back to healthy eating. (I blew that these last 2 months, too.)
