A Walk in the Cold

I was trying to decide whether to walk on my treadmill or to walk outside today, and I’m glad I decided to bundle up and walk outside. It was cold, but the wind wasn’t blowing. The light was perfect, and someone had a fire going, so the smell of wood smoke was so nice as I walked. I walked for two and a half miles. While I was walking, I was considering some of my goals for this year. I know that sparkpeople helps, so I want to make it a point to at least log on and get 25 points everyday that I have computer access. That will keep my lifestyle change in the forefront of my mind most days. And it really doesn’t take that long to get 25 points. I’m still thinking about some of my goals, and as I decide I will write them down.
