Is the season of eating done yet?

Oh the misery of eating sweets, chips and drinking alcohol. Not that any of this stuff makes me feel good it didn’t in fact most days I just felt miserable after consuming.

Thought I was controlling myself – found myself not being controlled. The homemade caramels, peanut butter blossom cookies, corn flake wreaths, baklava, fry pan cookies, ginger snaps, peanut butter cups, chocolate chip cookies and then onto the chips and salsa. That salty sweet thing gets me all of the time. Then there is the wine with the dinner and the dessert wine to go with the desserts. Oh the calories are adding up.

You know it wouldn’t be so bad if I could eat just one – write it down and say I am done. No I missed logging food in and go back a day or two later and forget all what I did eat. This is what happens when I don’t have direct access to a computer or even carrying around a pen and paper to write down what is being eaten. I know this would have held me accountable.

No use continuing to beat myself up over what has transpired. The week and year are fresh and I am ready to tackle the challenges!

GOALS for the next 6 weeks:
Monday – Cardio 50 minutes 5:30 am and Super Sculpt 12:15 -1 pm
Tuesday – Cardio 50 minutes 5:30 am and Circuit Blast 4:15 – 5 pm
Wednesday – Cardio 50 minutes 5:30 am and Definitions 10:15 – 11 am
Thursday – Cardio 45 minutes 5:30 am and S.W.E.A.T. 6:15 - 7:15 am (Some weeks Kettlebells at 5:30 pm)
Friday – Cardio 50 minutes 5:30 am with additional strength if I can take it
Sat and Sun – Walking and Pilates

May this year bring much joy and happiness and I hope all of you out there are ready to take on the challenges set forth for yourselves as well!
