So, today I woke up at 5:00 and did Level 3 of the Shred. Not too hard to wake up surprisingly. I also woke up with a pound lost. It's amazing what eating well for just one day can help rid the bloating!
I ran/walked 5 miles yesterday. I was bummed though bc the girl I went with had brought another friend that did a run 1 min./walk 1 min. interval and so that's what we did. It only took us 1 hour 15 min, but I really wanted to make it in less than an hour. I felt like I hadn't run much at all. Barely broke a sweat. O well. At least I did it.
Today I am starting back into my healthy eating, consistent exercise, and normal life. LOL.
Today's plan:
5:00 - 30 DS Level 3
6:30 - Slim Fast
9:15 - String Cheese
11:15 - Tuna Helper with triscuits and hummus and an apple
3:15 - Snack of some sort
3:30 - Gym: Row machine 15 minutes, elliptical 20 minutes, bike 10 minutes
5:30-7:30 - Cheer Practice
