Well, I am writing this at 5:22 this morning bc I got up to do No More Trouble Zones and about ten minutes into the workout, my stomach started hurting me big time. I have had stomach issues since I ate wrong over the break. I am noticing the connection between my eating and my stomach issues. I am still paying for the food I ate on Saturday morning.
So anyway, I am taking this morning off and heading to the gym this afternoon to do some circuit and cardio training.
6:15 - Slim Fast
9:15 - Apple
11:15 - Tuna Helper, Celery with FF Ranch, Hot Chocolate
2:00 - String Cheese
3:15 - Circuit/cardio training at gym
4:45 - Protein Drink
5:00-7:30 - Cheer Practice
7:45 - Red Beans and Rice with Turkey Sausage
On a brighter side, I weighed in at 146.5 this morning! Quite proud of that! And my stomach is feeling better after getting something in it and drinking a bit of water. Hopefully I can just wake up now. I wish I had just gone back to sleep when my stomach was hurting...I would have gotten another 45 minutes of shut eye! Haha. O well. At least I got going on my day!
