Start a Healthy Habit

Ok they say it takes 21 days to form a new habit so I'm going to be putting that to the test. My last full octane Dr. Pepper was Jan. 1-so by January 22 I should form a new habit and be free of the Dr. Pepper monkey on my back. Now I'm no angel I do still have a diet Dr. Pepper its like my morning coffee-the caffeine gets me going. My goal now is to limit even the diet soda to a max of 2 a day, the rest of my fluid intake will be either water, crystal light, or unsweetned tea.
The other change I'm making into a habit is the exercise. So far I am on a roll of 9 days!! I did the 7 day New You bootcamp challenge and now I am on to the 28 day Bootcamp challenge. I will do a minimum of 3/30 minute cardio sessions a week above and beyond what the bootcamps do. I have been hitting 5 days a week right now but I know there will be weeks that I will need to be content we the 3 days cardio and the strength sessions I get from the bootcamps.
These are all steps in the right direction-this is going to be my year!! I still have 1/2 my life to live and I want to do that in a healthy body I'm proud of.
