Successful First Day Back; Day 9 on plan

First day back for Spring semester. Long day, lots of meetings and sitting around. Yuk. Tomorrow will be shorter and more interesting.
BUT I did really well with my goals. I knew we'd go out for lunch but I took a page out of MSSUNBUG's book and actually PLANNED! I knew we would go to one of three restaurants so I had THREE separate plans. We went to restaurant B so I had a grilled chicken sandwich with tomato and lettuce and no dressing. I ate about 3/4 of the bun and didn't even touch the potato chips because even one would lead to ALL. I ate the pickle and drank 2 large glasses of water.
It was a long day and I'm a morning person, so I got up at 4:30 am and was on the treadmill by 5:30. Did 3 miles in 48 minutes.
Being proactive is feeling really good.
Can I get a woo hoo??
