Don't eat undercooked fish...

I do not usually cook - my husband does. He is visiting family, and I am left to my own devices. I thought it would be a good idea to grill tilapia and asparagus for dinner Monday night. I now wish that I would have left the tilapia on the grill a little longer - apparently 3 minutes on each side (like you do for shrimp skewers) is not enough. I thought that the fish tasted a little funny, and didn't finish it...a few hours later, it all began. Sicker than a dog throughout the night, Tuesday morning, and into Tuesday afternoon.

I feel much better today, but will be ordering in for dinner. I'll wait for my husband to come back home for my next "home cooked" meal.
