Up All Night

Okay, so last night wasn't so good. I don't mean in regards to Sparking. I went to bed at 3:15 am, got caught up in a book that I am reading. I was tried and ready for bed but, NO the brain wouldn't shut down so I could sleep so I stayed in bed and told myself that I was not getting up with out giving this my best shot first.
I started by doing some nice relaxing flexes from my toes to my head. No it didn't work. I tried doing some good exhales and inhale breathing and that didn't work either. I told myself that I wasn't giving up yet, so I decided to just try and relax my brain, you know when you just try not to think of anything at all and just keep your eyes closed and try and hope to drift off to sleep. Well that didn't help either, I kept getting these different little scenes popping up in my mind and if it wasn't that it was a tune or something else. Well at this point I decided to look at the clock which at this time was now 5:45 pm, and decided that this just wasn't going to work, so I got up. I went back on the computer and played card games until it was almost 7:00 am. I kept telling myself that I needed the rest and to go back to bed, which I did.
I made myself as comfortable as possible and I finally did fall off to sleep, I have no idea what time it actually was and didn't care. I just knew that meant I was more than likely going to sleep the day away, which I did. I didn't get up until the phone range at almost 3:30 pm.
So another day of not eating on schedule again, but I did have a nice healthy breakfast it was just at 4:15 pm instead of normal morning hours. So what do I do about this terrible sleep schedule I seem to have gotten myself into?
I am hoping with the return of my husband sometime in the weep morning hours to come that this will help with the problem. I also go and see the Endodontic's tomorrow and I am hoping that he will have some real answers to my root canal problems and just maybe some things will get back to normal, if I ever find out what normal really is.
Oh, yes the one good thing is I didn't eat anything while I was up all night, ya....
