The Thought Process Has to Change

I got home from a crappy day full of irritating meetings and that's exactly what I put on my status.
Then I read Vandal's blog with the title, "The Thought Process Has to Change", and I knew the same was true for me -- and so I changed my status!
One of my personal failings is that when things tick me off I tend to dwell on them far longer then is necessary or healthy.
So here I am, it's Friday, the week is done, and I've arrested my negative, obsessive thinking. I've eaten well, did 30 minutes on the treadmill to fulfill my 100 day challenge, and tomorrow IS another day!
