2 weeks into the new year and I`m already not doing so good. The first week was so easy and now I don`t know how I stuck to plan it seems so little!
Ok, I went over my cal range for a day, no big deal I told myself. But this has happened for the past week. I even find it hard to track when it becomes obvious I`ve blown it for the day. Just forget it, start fresh the next day I say to myself.
But every day goes south, through either bad planning or just complusivly eating for no apparent reason.
It doesn`t bode well for the new year, or ever getting out this plateau.
Well that`s the problem what`s the solution?
1) Stay away from triggersnack foods, I am finding it impossible to stick to `one portion` at the moment
2) Find some filling recipies, look back at my food tracker for last year when I felt satisfied with what I ate
and tommorow I`m going to make lasagne, with cabbage leaves instead of noodles. My friend said that sounded gross but I don`t see what`s so bad about it?
Never giving up! Hopefully this is just a phase and I can go back to eating sensiblly.
