Wow!! Down 11lbs!!

I'm kinda in shock. I've worked out and restricted my calories on and off for a little over two years. I've done terrible at times by gaining weight, amazing at times by losing four pounds a week, but never have I lost over ten pounds during my weight loss journey. It seems that I always get to or close to ten pounds lost then get sick, get too busy, have finals, move, etc. Around ten pounds I've ALWAYS simply gotten off track regardless the excuse. I actually started to believe that it wasn't possible for me to lose more than ten pounds. I started thinking it just wasn't meant for my body to be smaller. This feeling never made me give up completely, but it certainly put a damper on things. Well, I've been close to ten pounds down for a few weeks now. Last night I wasn't even there, BUT THIS MORNING I step on the scale and waa laa! Eleven pounds! Wow. It feels great. I HAVE to keep this up. Spring semester starts in a week and I'm determined to not let myself use that as an excuse to stop my progress. Wish me luck! Eleven pounds down, fourteen to go!
