Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge

So I joined the team last week knowing that I wanted to do it...and I didn't want to 'forget' about it so I joined it knowing I would go back to it and figure it all out.

So last night I perused the team to get the 411 on it...I am now ready to work it baby!!!

I called PLANETSPARKY and told her she HAD to do it with me...more fun that way, and more accountability- for both of us, right SPARKY??? emoticon

I had Payton take a really lame picture of me using my Blackberry...it'll be my 'BEFORE' pic...I snuck into the bathroom when i got to work today and took all my measurements...I AM PISSED...I knew I had put weight back on...but dammit...I put inches on too!!!

So tonight...I begin the challenge..."Operation Hear Lizzy Roar" started yesterday...and continues...stay tuned for Day 1 updates...Right SPARKY??? Updates...Right????

    I also have before pictures...and I, like ROBYN168, am not brave enough to post them. maybe when I lose most of the weight and I look TOTALLY different I will put them out there!

    I just started week 2. You are going to love it...each video is over before you began -- 10 minutes goes by so quickly. It's marvelous to know so much can be accomplished in so little time. AND, it was easy to convince myself to do it each evening when I didn't feel like it...all because we can do anything for 10 minutes!

    I'm in the same rotation --- one day ahead. I agree with Amy - day 1 is the hardest of them all - and then the glute one really targeted the rigth spots. Loved the Abs (think it's day 7)....

    Way to go - and way to get the starting stats up and running.

    I am not brave enough to post my before photos....just call me chicken - but I have them....

    Good job taking those before pics and measurements! I wish I had taken those when I started Spark, and again when I started running, and again when I started strength training. But alas, I didn't, and now there's no going back! Say buh-bye to those numbers lady, cause they're not going to be around long!!

    Now you've got your "befores" up. I'm glad you took pictures. Even if the scale & the tape measure decide they don't want to move, you'll see changes in your "after" pictures.

    Hey, I joined the 28 Day BootCamp, too. I did Day 8 today (which is also Day 1), so if you start today we'll be on the same video schedule.
    I truly joined only because I want to win a prize (aren't I terrible, shamey, shamey!). I've found that most of the people on the team are newbies to Spark and/or exercise. I'm having a ton of fun cheering them on & helping them out when they have questions. So even if I don't win a prize I feel like a winner cheering everyone on.

    PS: I think the Day 1 video is the most challenging (there is also a glute one that was hard, too).
