Well I made it!!! Woohoo!!!

I got to 6:31 minutes and didn't the stupid thing freeze on me...so like a good girl I started over...and made it...I DID have to modify the burpees...only because my back is still WAY sore from pulling it last week. Other than that it was great, who knew 12 minutes could be so exhausting!?! LOL

After that I spent 35 minutes on Millie walking very briskly. I promised my personal trainer NO RUNNING til the 25th....so I walked as fast as I could without actually running...I didn't mind it, I have to say!

My thighs are killing me from all the squats I did last night....and tonight's video added to that GLORIOUS pain!

1 day down, 27 to go!
