Last chance workout

Tonight our BLC15 Dragon team had a little last chance workout of our own. Simple really, 30 minutes (or more) of cardio/intentional exercise. I'm happy to report that, with the help of my HM training group, I completed 37 minutes during our 5 km run tonight.
I'm still within my calorie range, too. Right on target for my goal of being there 5/7 days a week for January. In fact, I've only not been inside my calorie range twice since the new month began. Fruit, veggies and water are all on track, too.
Feels like a whole new me for this whole new year. Let's hope this reflects well in tomorrows weigh-in.
