New Motivation

Wednesday, January 12, 2011

I thought it was time for me to refocus my goals and set up a new motivation board to where I am at now in my journey.

Healthy foods -- I really want to take more advantage of the amount of healthy food that I haven't tried yet. Really am aiming for 2 new healthy recipes a week.

Rock climbing -- My arms are really weak right now but I am determined to work them out so one day I can do a lil rock climbing (indoors of course...for right now emoticon). I'm part of MeetUp group that goes every few months to an indoor climbing place around here but have always been too afraid that if I went I wouldn't be strong enough or weigh too much where I'd just end up embarrassing myself. Not this year buddy!!! This year I am going to try! emoticon This year I'm not going to be afraid!!

Girl on Bike -- For the longest I've been wanting to get a bike! I ended up getting skates last year and totally made the wrong decision..thinking of selling them now to help pay for a bike :D!! Anyways, since moving to the city I really want to take up biking, not just for exercise factor but for everyday transportation. emoticon

Model -- She's stunning and just exudes this sexy confidence that I want in myself. Not that I'm gonna be goin around naki or anything but that fact I would be comfortable being naked in my own skin. To feel sexy and proud of my curves...real curves...not just fat.

Happiness -- My main motivation...to be happy and the pic says it all. My happiness is in my hands. I am the creator of my own happiness! I realize this now and am not going to let anything get in the way of where I want to be today, tomorrow or any day!

Whenever things get crazy and I don't know where my head is going I know I can look back at this and remember.
emoticonRemember how good I feel when I fuel my body with healthy foods.
emoticonRemember that all the hard work at the gym on weights will pay off when I'm up on those rocks looking down seeing right before me what I am capable of accomplishing.
emoticonRemember that I love being outside more and biking my way around will show me new scenery, keep my legs lookin good AND is environmentally friendly!
emoticonRemember the sexy confident woman inside of me waiting to shine through!
emoticonRemember that my happiness is in my hands and NO BODY can take that from me!
