So I was reading ANNE7X7's blogs, cause she came up as an inspirational blog - and she's got me motivated... Thanks ANNE! So I'm going to try what it looks like she did early on by planning my week.
FRIDAY: Tons of errands....
1 hr Zumba with my GracePointChurch.tv friends
Jog when I get breaks from driving
C25K - W2D1 on treadmill or outside if I'm lucky
SUNDAY: Lots of family time
Lots of walking - town square and at the lake
C25K - W2D2 on treadmill or outside
Weight machines as available
Jog when at stopping points
Gym: C25K W2D3, 30 min Arc train, 25 min bike
THURSDAY: HOME Inspection, T - Swimming, Choices Fair
Gym: 20 min row machine
FRIDAY: Paperwork day?/Or off?
Zumba: 1 hr w/GP friends
