I've had a cold for a week now and because of it, haven't done nearly the exercise that I like to do ---- but I also haven't been getting enough calories in. At first, it's easy to think YEAH - I ate little today. But, with several low-calorie days now, I'm afraid of my metabolism slowing down.

I just plum forgot to eat lunch yesterday - wasn't hungry and was very busy at work. Before I knew it, it was 3pm - and still wasn't hungry. I eat dinner with the family around 6 and they are always famished - all boys :) - so didn't want to stuff myself at 3.

So, yesterday, between breakfast and lunch, I almost consumed 700 of the 1200 I'm supposed to consume.

I have to remember to eat lunch today.
