Weekly scheduled workouts!

I try to go into each week "Scheduling" workouts into my schedule, to make sure that I HAVE TIME to workout, and get them done!

Sunday - 6:00 am - Turbo Fire "Fire 45" and "Stretch 10" classes
Monday - 5:15 am - Turbo Fire "Fire 45 EZ" and "stretch 10"
Tuesday - 5:15 am - Turbo Fire "HIIT 25" and 'Stretch 10"
Wednesday - 5:30 pm - Zumba (at the gym after work), 60 min
Thursday - 5:15 am - Turbo Fire "HIIT 15" and "Tone 30" classes
- 5:30 pm - "Body Attack" (at the gym after work), 60 min.
Friday - 5:15 am - Turbo Fire "Fire 45 EZ" and "Stretch 10"
Sat - 6:00 am - Turbo Fire "Core 20" and "Stretch 10"

I have lost 2 pounds in the past 2 weeks, and hope to lose another this week.

    Thanks all - I have been lackadaisical about losing weight and getting back into shape for the past couple years - so to get results, I had to change it up. Last time (2005) I went from a size 8 to a size 4 in 4 months, It was mainly Turbo Kick (gym class) that got me there. Therefore, I am incorporating the dvd version (Turbo Fire is the newest 'edition' if you will, of Turbo Jam, and is higher intensity) back into my life to get results again.

    It's inspiring seeing you do all that exercise. I can't get too much past my daily walk. One of these days I'll buy some DVD's.
