I ran 6 miles today. Okay, 5.92 but that's 6 miles. :) I was supposed to do an Insanity workout today but I just didn't have it in me. I'm going to change that schedule around and move everything up a day. So tomorrow I'll do Monday's workout. So that means I skipped one workout this week, but I was totally drained. I went to the A&M vs. Missouri basketball game today and that was an AWESOME game but really emotionally draining. Add in that I didn't have real food till 4 (after eating around 9) and I was just zapped. I figured rest and recovery was more important than getting in every workout.

Tomorrow I have to clean up my apartment and do Insanity. My plan eating-wise is to follow their (Insanity) eating plan for 4/5 meals and make them all 300 calorie meals. For the 5th meal I'll eat with my sister who is living with me now. We're both trying to eat healthy so we're picking healthier recipes than pizza, or burgers, or such. :) I'm giving myself a 600-800 calorie window for the 5th meal which I think will work out.

Once class gets underway and I get more of a routine down I'll come back to the boards, but for now I'll be blogging everyday. This was the first weekend with a long run for my half in March, and my first week of Insanity. And yes, it's insane.

    Jackie---congrats on the run and getting the schedule figured out...

    Love that you are living with your sister and both are focused on better eating...motivation for each other to stay on track hopefully....
