While reading other blogs I realized I'm not the only one to sometimes feel the ho hum of diet and exercise. That can lead to disaster if allowed
So No Ho hums allowed.
to keep from getting the ho hums we can challenge ourselves
try a new SP video,
try a new exercise
join an exercise challenge.
In the kitchen
try a new recipe
try using dif. spices
Have fun with your kids in the kitchen
When my daughter was young we use to watch a travel video then pretend we were visiting that country and cook at least one food from it.
Maybe we could take a imaginary tour.
Walk or do step ups while watching the video pretending we are having a walking tour.
Tempt your palat by finding a healthy dish from that country and give it a try.
But most of all don't forget.. others out there know how you feel and I know my Spark Friends are great at helping me pick myself up out of the ho hums...
