The Start of a New Week

Made a few faux pas this past week in the food area. I will make it up this week. Sat. we went to a restaurant and I ate only half of my meal; took the rest home. Got on the scale today, no progress, so it inspired me to get on the treadmill this morning. BTW - I NEED the inspiration big time. I seem to be the type of person that is reactionary rather than pro-active. That will make a big difference when I am on maintenance. But for now, if this works I will embrace it. At least I am not sitting in the recliner. Terri
