Well, It's been a fantastic New Year so far! I started (hopefully) my 3rd to last term for school, I'm at my goal weight and I'm eating healthier!
I still need to really focus on getting all the junky food out of my diet. Quick, sugar free things are yucky and I don't need them. You would think after studying so much about the human body this past year I would have already changed my ways. :P Sometimes convenience and time management take a front seat to eating habits.
While I don't have a specific weight loss goal at this time, I do have some personal goals for myself for the year.
Use my gym membership
Run a 5k
Be happy and healthy
I know, they're kinda vague, but that's what I'm going with for now. =)
